General

The Certus Games site is for people of all ages to meet, play and chat. Please behave accordingly so that the atmosphere stays friendly and always be considerate to all users of Certus Games. Certus Games is for people all over the world so the common language used is English, however German is also allowed. Please use only these two languages in public chat.

1. Don't behave in an annoying fashion and do accept that some people may ignore you.
2. Please follow the directions given by an admin of Certus Games. If an admin finds that you are actively annoying other people or in any other way disrupting the community, then you may be muted, banned for a time or have your account either reset or deleted.
3. Please do not use any profanities or sexually explicit language in the lobby, at the games or by messaging people privately.
4. Please do not use ethnic, racial, sexual or religious slurs.
5. Please do not encourage a fight, provoke other members or engage in personal attacks of any nature.
6. Please do not create usernames with profanities, innuendoes or racial, ethnic or religious slurs. Furthermore a username must not intentionally copy an Admin username. At the discretion of Certus Games these accounts will be deleted.
7. Do not perform flooding, spamming or advertising of other sites or services.
8. Do not engange in CyberSex either in a lobby, at a table or using private messages.
9. Accounts are personal and may not be lend to other users.

Games

1. All beginning is hard. Please help new players along and if need be direct them to the FAQ or rules of the games.
2. At any one time you may only be online with one username.
3. You are not allowed to use any software program endowed with artificial intelligence, such as a robot, in order to assist you. Nor may you in any other way illegally enhance your play.
4. You may not work together with another player to gain an unfair advantage by sharing knowledge of the games or other information to the other users disadvantage.
5. You may not lose on purpose, this will be considered cheating, as will help building a trap.

Please remember these rules and encourage other uses to adhere to them. Failure to do so may result in actions being taken against your account(s).
